Melt in your MOUTH!! Not only is Mason's cheesecake the BEST around, but he is a fantastic gentleman. I love that he creates each flavor combination and cheesecake to convince himself to eat it because he's not really a cheesecake lover. I've tried the original, pumpkin spice and rum punch and they all were delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the 6 pack to take to your next meeting you will be the hero everyone loves!!!

100% the BEST cheesecake I have ever had! I tried them out at the Ruston Famers Market a month or so ago and just received an order today. Not only is the cheesecake delicious; it's creative and the service is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to share them with my family and friends!

The Beginning
Chef Mason began experimenting with various cheesecake ideas while finishing his culinary education at Renton Technical College. His vision: To expand upon a loved dessert, creating delightful flavors that even the most refined palate would appreciate.
The positive feedback he received with his uniquely creative cheesecake combinations was overwhelmingly inspiring. In 2010, Michael made the decision to further pursue this venture.
10 years later, Mason’s Cheesecake Co. was birthed offering 30+ flavors including vegan options. His pies continues to excite taste buds far and wide creating new cheesecake stories for generations to come.
