7 business days are the requested minimum for new orders and must be in by Saturdays at midnight/12:00 AM for the following week’s delivery/shipment. This allows for proper planning and assurance that your order will be fulfilled within our highest expectations of quality.

We love large events! Please contact us with your event details and we will connect back to you within 48 business hours with pricing, timelines, and any additional questions that we may have. Local pick-up/delivery options are available for large events/catering orders upon an approved agreement between the vendor and Mason’s Cheesecake Co.

Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday prior to your scheduled shipping week for a full refund (see Shipping FAQs for more information on shipping weeks). Cancellations received after this deadline will receive a store credit voucher for the original purchase amount (product + shipping). Cancellations received after your order has shipped will not be refunded - we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of our product.

Flat Rate: $15 WA. $25 OR, CA and ID. Each package can hold one (1) 10” pie or up to two (2) dozen Pi Krumblerz.

Each 10” pie is individually wrapped, boxed, and shipped in an insulated package containing shipping peanuts and non-toxic, food-safe gel packs to ensure freshness. Pi Krumblerz is individually packaged for single servings and shipped in the same packaging conditions.

Absolutely! Simply enter the date you would like to receive your order during checkout in the Future Delivery Date field. Please note, to ensure timeliness of receipt your order may arrive sooner than your selected delivery date. For example, if your selected date falls on a Monday, your order will be shipped so that it arrives no later than the preceding Saturday.

Yes! We like Earth too and have made every effort to ensure that our packaging meets environmentally friendly attributes. You can recycle the cake box, cardboard packaging/cake round and plastic wrapping/liner. Compost the insulation and packing peanuts. Gel packs can be reused for up to 1 year or emptied into the garbage or down the drain with hot water to dissolve it - the wrapping can be recycled.
