The Beginning

Chef Mason began experimenting with various cheesecake ideas while finishing his culinary education at Renton Technical College. His vision: To expand upon a loved dessert, creating delightful flavors that even the most refined palate would appreciate.

The positive feedback he received with his uniquely creative cheesecake combinations was overwhelmingly inspiring. In 2010, Chef Mason made the decision to further pursue this venture.

10 years later, Mason’s Cheesecake Co. was birthed offering 30+ flavors including vegan options. His pies continue to excite taste buds far and wide creating new cheesecake stories for generations to come.
